If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in accordance with legal regulations. If we do not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted two months after notification of the rejection decision, unless other legitimate interests on our part preclude deletion. A legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, the need to retain evidence in proceedings under the German General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
